Who We’re Looking For

Compassionate and patient individuals who care deeply about helping seniors.

Reliable and responsible companions who can adhere to house rules and maintain professionalism.

Applicants with a valid driver’s license and car insurance (for transportation roles).

Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
About the Role
As a Golden Connections companion, you’ll provide emotional support and assistance with daily activities, helping seniors live with dignity and joy. In return, you’ll benefit from affordable housing and the opportunity to make a positive impact.
Important Note
Golden Connections companions provide non-medical support only. In emergencies, companions must call 911 and notify Golden Connections and the family immediately.

Companionship: Share conversations, participate in activities, and build meaningful relationships.

Daily Support: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.

Medication Reminders: Provide gentle reminders (non-medical) for medication schedules.

Transportation: Help with local trips (if applicable).

Communication: Keep families and Golden Connections informed about the senior’s well-being.
